XL-1000-I
Incident Detection (inductive loop and length-based classification)
The XL-1000-I as a 19" rack-mountable vehicle detector capable of monitoring up to 16 lanes of traffic using in-pavement sensors. It can be configured with 240VAC, 12VDC or 24VDC power supplies and supports options for UPS backup.
The XL-1000-I supports real-time host communications using either RS-232 serial or Ethernet TCP connections, as well as optional FTP file server functionality for access to historical vehicle logs.
The XL-1000-I can be configured with up to 17 contact closure outputs for interfacing with PLC equipment. The XL1000-I is also capable of classifying vehicles based on length according to the Austroads 4 bin scheme.
