XL-LRE-KIT
Loop Range Extender
The XL-LRE-KIT is a pit-mounted system that gives you the flexibility of placing your in-pavement loop sensors up to an incredible 500 metres from the vehicle detector.
Designed to work with all standard XL-1000-I systems that require distances of more than 200m between the ITS cabinet and loops installed in the pavement, the XL-LRE-KIT does not require additional external power supplies or additional cabinet space to a standard XL-1000 installation.
The KIT includes four main parts:
1x XL-LRE-RED Range Extender Detector Card (to be installed in your XL-1000 chassis)
1x XL-LRE-ETP Extender Termination Panel (to be installed in the ITS cabinet)
1x XL-LRE-IGC In-ground Convertor (to be installed in the roadside pit)
1x XL-LRE-PIT Enclosure (to house the XL-LRE-IGC).
